About CVA

CVA was founded in 1993 in Aurora, Colorado and is part of the greater Colorado Muslim Community.  It is easily accessible via Interstate 225 and shares the beautiful majestic view of the Rocky Mountains
CVA continues to provide excellence in education and always pledges to manage resources efficiently to ensure high quality programs for its students.  The school is also fully accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. There are 300+ students and approximately 25 teachers and faculty on staff.

CVA is governed by private school board and is supported by parents, community members and volunteers who assist the school in areas such as technology, education, scholarships, maintenance.

CVA is also a contracted learning center for Hope Online Learning Academy Co-Op  which is a public charter school that provides students with an online education including individualized learning plans paired with in-person support from experienced mentors. At the CVA learning center classroom instruction is paired with online standards based curriculum. Hope Online Learning Academy Co-Op is a tuition-free program from 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM that offers core classes of Language Arts, Math, Social Studies and Science are taught using non-sectarian curriculum. Hope Online Learning Academy Co-Op students enrolled at the CVA learning center have the option of enroll in elective classes from 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM and/or participate in extra-curricular activities at CVA.
